    Default Strange Wikipedia/Firefox Problem

For quite a while now, I've had this problem and I haven't been able to find a solution for it. Only on firefox (doesn't happen on Chrome or IE, just checked), Wikipedia has for the last year or so displayed the page's title in similar ways to the screen shot above. Sometimes it says <i>Title</i>, sometimes span instead of i, but it almost never (or maybe just never) just displays the title by itself, strangely enough.

I have looked but haven't seen anybody else experiencing the same problem. It's a pretty weird problem. What do?

If you got the StumbleUpon extension the your firefox, it can mess up some of the html on wikipedia. If you got the StumbleUpon extensions, you only need to uncheck the "highlight recommended results."
If not, i have no clue. :)

MickeyMouse was half-right -- I disabled the Stumble extension and wikipedia looked fine. However, the half that was wrong: enabling Stumble and unchecking "highlight recommended results" didn't work. Hrmmmm...I'll do some searches on that. Thanks for the assistance, I'm much closer to solving the problem.

Guys, read the first post carefully and then stop bleating.

In your StumbleUpon toolbar click on tools, select toolbar options, open up the search and tagging tab and deselect all of the options in the top most section (web search). Problem fixed. If you want to use those search functions, turn them on again temporarily.
As he says, I had to deselect all of the options in that section, not just "highlight recommended results". Working fine now, thanks Mickey! This problem has been bugging me for a long time, what a relief to have it fixed!
