I cannot access my account

I face a big problem my account was working well and when i try to login today it says
Error:Your Account is disabled!Reason:Please see staff on TL help channel.
Before 2 days one send me a massage and says that he is the moderate of the site and asks me to do a speed test on speedtest.net
and when i told him about it
so y they disable the account plz help cos i was dowloading friends series and it was 71 GB !!! i am downloading 93 % !!!
Sorry, we can't help you with your account being banned on a tracker site. As the message says you need to log into their IRC and join their help channel.
irc.torrentleech.org port 7011 for ssl. Don't know the non ssl port but try 6667 if you need to.

You're downloading a 71GB torrent from TL? How much buffer do you have? You know it's not a ratio-free tracker right? You've likely been disabled for failing to meet the minimum ratio requirements which are..
What is the minimum ratio I should keep?
Every user is expected to maintain an overall site ratio of 0.4 after downloading 6GB. If you fail to do this the site will automatically warn your account and you will have 6 days to get back to an overal account ratio of 0.4 The warning will automatically be removed as long as your account is still over the 0.4 minimum site ratio as soon as it expires. It will NOT remove itself as soon as you reach a ratio of 0.4
There is also a per torrent minimum which is also 0.4 If you are not able to seed the torrent to 0.4 then you will need to leave it seeding for 60 hours within a 72 period (Ideally 60 hours straight) or you could receive a warning for Hit & Run.
This is NOT a translation help request. If you have problems with TL then speak to their staff on their IRC about it. Sorry but we have no control over the accounts there and therefore we can not tell you exactly why you were disabled.
