but what do i choose at select source and also at piece size.

and there is 2 options down and they are: start seeding and private torrent so which one i choose from them.

and the last thing do i have to transfer the file from my seedbox to my own computer then make it on my own pc then upload it to the tracker, for example if i had downloaded a file from ELK or SCC do i have to download it to my computer using ftp then upload it to the tracker that i want to upload it to.
You can create the .torrent file on your seedbox.

At select source type the path to your torrent. Eg. /home/hulk1989/files/film-x264 for the piece size, use a smaller size for small torrents and a larger size for larger torrents.

Leave start seeding unchecked and always tick private torrent if making a .torrent for a private tracker.

You will find the .torrent file on your seedbox, ftp this to your home pc and upload it to the tracker when your filling the form in. Re-download the .torrent file from the tracker when your upload appears and add that .torrent file to rutorrent. You can delete the .torrent file you made from your seedbox.

Private torrents have keys, so even if you created the torrent on your computer, you can't start seeding right away. You need to first go to the tracker and download the private torrent (which has the key embedded). These keys can only be generated by the tracker, which is why for any private tracker you always need to upload the torrent and then redownload the torrent from the tracker.

That has nothing to do with whether the tracker is private or not, but whether it inserts ADDITIONAL custom keys (like usually "info.source"). So for SOME trackers you need to redownload, unless you add these keys yourself, when genrating the torrent.
