I would recommend you create an Introduction..please read the rules(Introductions: Rules, FAQ and Registration Form)
and post an intro: create an introduction
Once you have made an introduction and have been accepted you will become a 10% member and will be able to apply to some great trackers!

Make sure you're using a compatible browser. I believe that site is optimized for Firefox. I recall having trouble with 64-bit IE there. Of course, I recall having trouble everywhere with 64-bit IE. :)
Also, make sure your cookies are enabled, no matter what browser you use.
sacking: did you report the seedbox ip to a member of staff on pt? Somewhere on the site FAQ they ask you to do so.
If not that may the reason for your banned account
