    Default Can you use tabs in messages? Control the width of pasted tables?

    I am trying to post an index of the 418 current active tracker reviews (links) and the site abbreviations. The problem is how can I format this?

    If I paste with tabs to properly space the list, the tabs get stripped. Ditto for spaces. The links, however, parse beautifully.

    If I paste the table right out of the spreadsheet, two problems occur. (1) the links do not parse, so you can't click on them, you have to cut and paste in your browser to go to the link, defeating the purpose of a page of links. (2) The table is fairly wide and, while it previews OK, once it is posted, vbulletin truncates the table.

    The table is already done. the problem is making it display pretty.

    That looks perfect, but the links don't work. Can you tell me how you're thinking it should be done? After all, as Jesus once said, "Set a man a fire, and you will warm him for a day; Set a man on fire and you will warm him for the rest of his life." Or maybe it was something about fish... I dunno.

    Thank you for your kind offer. I re-edited the table offline, inserting the BB Codes for the URL parsing, and then shrunk the table size because it looks like the text is displayed smaller on this site than in my offline editor.

    I figured it would make sense to give the index it's own thread, so here it is.
