Thread: How To Stop Being Dropped From Internet Connection While Seeding

When I begin file sharing, suddenly my Internet connection starts getting dropped. I have to re-hot plug everything (android, wifi, etc,) to get things going again. Can anyone help me figure out a way to stop this? Do I need to understand firewalls? Is this some other issue where I will need to write a bash or python script? Can someone give me the direction to look so I don't have to keep replugging things in physically and just have a script take care of it?

I'm running Ubuntu based Linux Mint. I'm command line savvy. I can write scripts. I don't know iptables or much about networking, but willing to understand what I need to to take care of this annoyance.

I use cfosspeed in windows. So i googled "cfosspeed linux".

I do not know anything about linux. But think what you are looking for might be L7 Filter.
