    I'am searching to give 4 invites to What.cd, i saw in the rules that it must be done in the vip subforum ?
    So I can't give invite of what.cd here ?

    Yes that's correct It's a limited/no movement tracker so invites are only allowed in the VIP section and nowhere else.
