I would like to know if there are any cartoon dedicated trackers out there. Im not totally interested in anime though.

Cartoon Chaos is good one, and I hear good things about Cartoon Bits also.

It's much easier to go to their IRC channel and get invited through their "irc invite channel". Just find their IRC channel, and I think it is posted around T-i forum.
