Thread: Question regarding what.cd

So the only meaningful invites I have (besides demonoid) are for what.cd. But apparently, those can only be given in the VIP forum. Am I just SOL? I want to get a few igivers but that seems unlikely to happen.

I got my first iGiver by doing a giveaway for invites i earned on IPT. You just have to put the work in. These things come with time.

I think it is great that you want to get some iGivers. Like shadowbuild said, it is just a matter of time. Try your best to become a power user in your trackers and most of them will give you invites every month.
However, let me just make it clear (since you only registered yesterday) that the number of iGivers you have will have no influence in your user rank.
This means that you can still rank up to 33% even if you have 0 iGivers

Well I'm very close to power user on what, but it's the only tracker I use much at all so more invites there won't help me too much. I thought you needed some igivers to hit the 33% rank though?

Yes, newcomers usually think so :) iGivers are just for record-keeping of every invite/bonus that people give to others.
To rank up from 10% to 33% you need a combination of Rep, Posts and Time in T-I.
