Power Color Radeon HD 3450 Problem please help
Hy guys i just bought and ati HD 3450 but after i install the drivers my computer crashes down i asked many people about this but no one helped me have any ideeas?

Do you get any particular error? If so, give us as many detais as possible cause you know, there can be bunch of reasons but without in-depth description it's hard to pick one.
Try downloading the driver from the Power Color website. Sometimes these manufacturers use modded drivers for their cards and not the original AMD ones.
I'd download the latest ATI drivers first. AMD Support Search
make sure you uninstall your old drivers first though.
try installing older versions of the driver,or try to repair the registry of windows,or try the repair option in .net framework......
To into safe mode, then uninstall all your graphic drivers, then install the latest driver for that graphic card.

Perhaps a stupid remark, but since I don't know your computer skills: Have you plugged in the additional power source?
It would be better if you would list down your PSU make and power so we can opt out the possibility of your GPU not receiving enough juice from your PSU.
