    What version of Filezilla?...you could try upgrading it to the newest version.

    What is the FTP package on the server? Filezilla, Pro-FTPd, vsftp, etc...?
    An error log from the servers ftp would help if you could paste it in.

    Ok. Could be router access port not open? or maybe the router at your work has certain Firewall rules, or filters to disrupt TLS? if you know the ftp servers SSH port you could set Filezilla to use SFTP and login that way perhaps?

    On Filezilla forums from that link most say it is that FileZilla doesnt play well with other FTP programs sometimes. Namely Pro-FTPd. Put in a ticket and maybe your Server host could setup FileZilla Server on your server instead?

    Could you post the whole Filezilla logs? You can Select All and copy the contents in the big black box where you have highlighted in the screenshot above.

    This is the problem with latest FileZilla version 3.5.3 from 2012-01-08 and here is the fix,

    edit /etc/vsftpd.conf

    and add/replace this line
    Code:
    ssl_ciphers=HIGH
    restart vsftpd
    Code:
    sudo service vsftpd restart
    It should work just fine after that.

    refrence: FileZilla Forums • View topic - No shared cipher suite between FileZilla and vsftpd/openssl
