Thread: Can't log on to Pretome

It's been a long ass time since I've tried to log on to pretome... certainly over a year. I went to the page and tried entering my password into the search field and nothing at all happens. I didn't cut and paste the number, I typed it in, character for character.



Is something wrong with the site at the moment that anyone is aware of? Has it just been too long and my old code doesn't work anymore?

Am I going to have to ask for a new password or invite (I sure hope not, I had a pretty decent ratio.)

Any info would be great. Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask about this, I'm kind of a n00b :P

If i remember correctly they give you a code located in your email when you sign up. You enter this code in the search bar on the site and then it allows you to sign in.

I just tried logging in without any problems. I had the same pin they provided for awhile now. You probably got banned for inactivity. Try their IRC help channel.

The kind folks on the IRC channel informed me that I'm going to have to try and find an invite else where since my account was deleted. Jeez, so much for nice treatment from a website I had actually donated to a few times. Guess rules are rules :P

Ah well, time to do this the right way and post an introduction :)

I just followed the server provided by el2em

I assume your problem is solved, but I just wanted to add that PTM is one of the nice trackers that inform you when you have to long in again due to inactivity.
In the future you should be careful and also check the e-mail you used to sign up regularly.

I need some help recovering my Pretome PIN. I was a user for some time but lost my PIN and am now unable to log on. I still have my username and password, but do not have the PIN to enter in the search box.
