How do we get invites on HDChina and what user classes are required?

You need 50000.0 bonus points to buy an invite and you can use it if you are userclass (制片人) producer+ or higer

Registered producer at least 24 weeks, the upload is greater than 10T, download files larger than 500G, share rate is greater than 1.2, less than 1.1 will be downgraded.

(制片人 注册满 24 周，上传大于 10T，下载大于 500G，分享率大于 1.2，小于 1.1 会降级。)

Yes this is what is says on bonus page Minimum level requirements: producer (最低级别要求：制片人)

You may use it to invite your friend to join HDC.
