I know this is an ageing thread and I'm a new user BUT... I thought I'd just jump in and say that I recommend cross-seeding from USENET. What I do is go on TL and look what the brand new torrents are (often with 0 seeds and 0 leechers) then download the files as fast as I can from a free usenet service, download the torrent file from TL and then start seeding.
The great thing about this is assuming the file from usenet is complete, you can start seeding and gaining ratio right away, bypassing the 48hr or whatever it is limit that TL puts on new users.
Honestly?
I have a 4tb buffer.
All you need to do is get a seedbox for a month and you can whack out like 3-5tb min, and if you have a decent seedbox, over 10.
After that, hit'n'run all you want :D
NO GA's
I won't be replying to PM's
At starting, I too found TL to be good tracker but now it's useless to me because IPT covers all my tracker needs. Many times, I don't get movies in TL but it's easy available in IPT.
@OP Get, a seedbox for as low as 7$ per week or 3$ per week from Seed.st and you can easily buffer your TL acc upto TB.

Only one word for you m8. Seedbox. That's all you need. Get on the latest torrents fast then site back and relax![]()
You really need to make a decision for yourself.
What is this invite worth to you?
It sounds like you've got a crappy home connection and it sounds like you've come to the conclusion that you're not going to be able to survive using it alone and you were wondering if there was some magic pill that will make it all better?
There is. It's called a Seedbox. You just make to make the decision whether you're going to use some hard earned (or daddy begged) cash and pay for one of these miracle workers.
You're better off doing a few extra hours at McDonalds and pay for a seedbox than you are from fretting about it for hours, and hours on end and still not getting anywhere.
There is another option. Get a decent internet connection. If this option isn't available to you, then guess what your other option is?
back years ago, before i got a server, i used to just download nfo and sample and seed that. It works great.
You might be an excellent candidate for a ratioless tracker, such as FYT, which is currently open for signups via IRC.
I would recommend you look at the list of popular TV episode releases on TL that are less than 1 hour old and see if you can find the same release (with the same file size) on a different tracker. If you can download this quick enough and start cross-seeding on TL, you'll be able to bypass the new user wait time and thus be one of the first users to be seeding this file.
You'll notice a flurry of new downloaders at certain intervals after the file was posted as users with different wait times start downloading.
Good advice, but one very important thing to take note is, most of the nfo file in TL will be different than what you get from other places (e.g., IPT). As a result, even if you have 99.99% of the file that is similar, you won't be able to seed it because of the wait limit. I had that trouble yesterday with so many titles.
One way I find useful that helped me (I'm at a ratio of 7 with 15GB upload after 2 days) is to cross-seed those that are just after your wait time. In addition, try to cross-seed those popular movies. So if your wait time is 24 hours, grab those that were released a day ago. This means even if the nfo isn't right, it's just a few KB of download before u can seed.
Of course, if you are able to find perfectly identical files with those lesser than your wait time, that would be the best. :)
