You must be sure that you understand speed test correctly. Your connection should give you around 7MB/sec download and 600KB/sec upload in uTorrent.
You must be sure that there are seeds and leechers enough to make max speed.
The fact that your ISP maybe bounded your speed in relation to day and night.
The fact that even if you use uTorrent for many years, but you may not have set it up correctly. Not least in relation to your particular Internet connection.

I hope these tips can help you along the way. You can goggle much of it or search here on the forum.

Thank you for summing that out for me, it's really helpful. I always thought of that and I think my ISP is maybe bounding my speed in relation to day and night since that a few friends of mine which use the same ISP have always practically more speed during the night time.

    It's simpler than that.
If you are on a shared line with a few other customers, and you are downloading torrent stuff while they are downloading something else, like a 1080p youtube clip, you get bottlenecked because your traffic has the lowest priority.
This is done so a customer with 5000 torrents don't screw up the connection of 10 other people that pay the same amount of money to check their facebook and watch youtube.
    The solution for this is:
    A - get a seedbox
B - get a business plan that has a dedicated line with guaranteed speeds. These are usually very expensive but they have their benefits.

I see... I think it's less expensive the A plan, which I will think about it.

There might be other torrent trackers that are fast. Torrents trackers like The piratebay.org
demoniod.org. Check this out to see if it helps: How to Increase Bandwidth & Disable Blocks | eHow.com,How to Minimize Bandwidth Overhead When Downloading | eHow.com

Before you can do any Port Forwarding, you need a Static IP address. Most, if not all computers come default with a Dynamic IP. A Dynamic ip address is the IP address that your DHCP server/router assigns to your computer. This IP adress can change. In order for port forwarding to work you must have a static IP address (which does not change), and then follow any port forwarding instructions. PortForward.com has some safe software that does this for you.

    http://portforward.com/help/setup_static_ip_address.htm

    I hope this helps.

The problem is not port forwading. I saw your screenshot and zon is famous among portuguese torrent users for their trafic shapping.

You probably get better speeds on portuguese trackers because you're using btnext or other tracker like it with their own exclusive torrent client. I guess their client can foul your isp for now.

Getting more RAM won't do anything, unless you are already low on RAM.
If you have a low amount of RAM, your pagefile is used a lot, which slows down both the computer and the hard drive. A hard drive could be up to a 100 times slower than a DDR3 module of RAM.
Windows 7 gets around that by caching as much stuff in the RAM as possible and then freeing it if needed.

Oh, thank you very much seems helpful once I am not sure if it is already static. I'm in college's network right now, so, when I get home I will do that. Thanks for your help again.

Yes, I guess that's also for sure, I use btnext as a portuguese tracker and I have some good speeds but the one I use the most is a tracker hosted in my ISP, I have very good speeds, practically the best speeds of my Internet connection but I am never really satisfied with the tracker's content and so, I always go to the international trackers.
