Why exactly do you need that?
There are methods, but you either need to remove the drive, which you obviously can't or the admin won't be able to log in anymore.
In addition it's also highly illegal.

I would suggest that the USB ports have been disabled for a reason and that hacking the system would only lead to rather severe consequences. If you truly wish to know how to do it then have a look on google, I'm pretty certain you will find plenty of stuff relating to your query.
