    HD-Space.org appears to be down from a few sources I have.



    Does anyone know what is going on with it?

    Hopefully just a power outage... or something.. or Im hopeing is just a cord that came disconnected.. maybe..

    I'm glad the problem has been resolved, but for future references you should check out this site, which gives you a pretty accurate result:
    Down For Everyone Or Just Me -> Check if your website is down or up?

    Sure thing Magister, I knew it was down so I was just asking if anyone heard as to why. Being the new year I was half expecting a major push by governments to shut some sites down.

    Is there an area in the forum that would be more appropriate than the Help section to post questions about the status of a site when there are issues with it?

    You can put it in the VIP forum, if you think the contents of the thread shouldn't be open for everybody including Google's index, but otherwise the help section is the perfect place for queries like that.

    When I'm in doubt about anything, so I use the chat box or write a message on irc. It is not all that is necessary to create a thread about. Often the answer comes quickly

    Another easy to use way of knowing if the site is up or down is the join the IRC channel of TI and type !sup hd-space.com and it will tell u instantly if its down.

    Most people find it easy enough.
