Hey, This error is usually caused by maintenance. It could also be a lot of others too but they usually go away soon. for future reference try "http://www.isup.me/" it will usually tell you if a site is down for the world or just you... Hope this helps...

I'm glad that your problem is solved, but those aren't prejudices, but there are an abnormal big amount of traders and cheaters from those countries. For trackers it's a lot easier to just give a country ban then to ban every single IP range, because of dynamic IPs.

The majority of users will most likely be good ones, but the bad ones ruin it for everybody, due to dupe accounts.

If you need help feel free to PM me, but keep in mind that asking for an invite is not considered help.

Take countries as a whole is dumb as shit. Brazilians are not equals. Pakistanese people are not equal. Indians are not equal. Americans are not equal. Discriminate a people because of the country he is is totally insane.

Let's imagine something: I'm a Admin of a tracker, and i make a research and find that blonde-haired people are more prone to duping acconts, H&R's and cheating. Based on this I ban every ****in blonde hair around. Is it fair? Prejudice are prehistorical shit, dude.

    I meant something completely different.
There are some cheaters and traders from countries like Romania and Arabia, for example and that's a fact. The tracker admins now try to ban those FEW individuals, but because of dynamic IP address it's impossible. Depending on your ISP you just have to restart your router and you get assigned a new IP, that means that they could easily create another account. Because the new IP you get assign is still from the same ISP and country they use country bans, because otherwise they it would be impossible to protect themselves against it. It's a technical problem and they don't generalize, but in this case a few ones ruin it for the whole country.
