To buy a seedbox you have to follow many steps,

1. Find the seedbox that is right for you (specs, HDD space, RAM, VPS vs shared)
2. Check the prices to check if the prices are acceptable
3. Do you have Paypal account or credit card? (if you don't have either it will be very difficult to buy a seedbox)
4. If you have all of the above you should be all set to go :)

Apart from the fact that one can get Usenet+VPN for the cost of seedboxes, there is an entire section of this community dedicated to seedboxes. It is usually considered recommendable to read through a forum's sections and use the search function before screaming to be spoonfed right after stumbling in.

The procedure for buy in shot would be to get a paypal account as without it u will not be able to buy a seedbox.
After approval (ie when u get a 10% batch) u can come to irc of TI and there are some people there who have there own seedbox companies up and running with many satisfied customers and honestly good services since long and have been tested and reviewed by several TI members.
