    Default something differnt need help

This never happened before. I am on wireless been on for months about a hour ago when everytime I open up utorrent to get everything seeded I loose the ability to surf anywhere.
If I put all my torrents around 70 on pause there is no problem when I take it off from pause again surfing is impossible.

Anyone ever had this happen to them?
    Thanks
    Randy

Limit the amount of connections in your utorrent and reduce its upload speed by 10%. Or possibly increase the amount of allowed connections in your router.

    Hi.

When you say browsing the internet is impossible do you mean it's incredible slow or the pages don't load at all, even after a few minutes?
The former one is totally normal when you max out your internet connection with the bittorrent protocol because it still consumes your internet bandwidth.
What percentage of your internet connection is bittorrenting consuming when you have all your torrents seeding?
(8Mbps = 1MB/s - which means that a speedtest result from speedtest.net with 8Mbps will be shown as 1MB/s in your torrent client)
If you have only one torrent seeding, that consumes only a small portion, is surfing possible?

Maybe you are just having good luck with your torrent select and it's fully maxing out your internet connection, or your internet connection is slower now for some reason and P2P is consuming most of the bandwidth OR it's a techincal problem.

If you need help feel free to PM me, but keep in mind that asking for an invite is not considered help.

As silentninja has already suggested, it sounds like your torrent client is saturating your line capacity or overloading your router. So go into your torrent client and limit it's bandwidth/maximum speed and/or number of connections, so that there is some bandwidth left for surfing.

On more sophisticated routers, you can do this more effectively by using QOS (Quality Of Service) parameters that allocate or reserve bandwidth. I do this with tomato (firmware) on my router. Another setting that is helpful in this type of situation is to greatly reduce the conntrack time outs for connections for tcp and especially udp in your router. You can also use iptables to limit the number of connections, along the lines of; e.g.

    iptables -I FORWARD -p tcp --syn -m iprange --src-range 192.168.0.116-192.168.0.117 -m connlimit --connlimit-above 40 -j DROP
    iptables -I FORWARD -p tcp --syn -m iprange --dst-range 192.168.0.116-192.168.0.117 -m connlimit --connlimit-above 40 -j DROP

If that looks looks baffling to you.. then stick with your utorrent settings; i.e. options | preferences | bandwidth

thanks just after I posted for help don't ask me how but it's working fine.
Though I have 70 torrents and they are all green arrows pointed up most of them don't seed all the time.
I think it must have something to do with the router.
My download is 20MB through out speed equals 2m down and I have 3mb up with equals around 300k.
It's true when I am at 300k it takes a long time for pages to open up.

Thank you guys for the help much appreciated

Because others have mentioned the possibility of your routers connection limit being too low, did you change them recently, because unless you either changed the utorrent settings or those of your router I don't see how that can be suddenly become a problem.

If you are not technically inclined there are a few guides on YouTube about uTorrent configurations. If you are trying to pull down heavy content in parallel to torrents you will have issues.

What worked for me personally when I needed spare bandwidth to watch 1080 YouTube content was limit my uTorrent download rate to around 70%. The scheduler options are also good if you have fairly regular usage patterns and want to torrent full speed when not using the computer.
