Do you have root access?
You should always first contact their support via a ticket, because they know their setup best.
Your error is kind of weird, because you have write permissions for the files, but apparently it still gives you a permission error.
Do you use the rutorrent webinterface? Do you get any error messages, besides the already mentioned, when it starts?
Do you have the 'erasedata' plugin installed?
If you need help feel free to PM me, but keep in mind that asking for an invite is not considered help.
How are you deleting the torrents? Via the online web UI? If so that would have to be fixed by support, as Magister said, it has write perms but you're still getting an error.
If you have FTP access just FTP in and navigate to your /downloads/ directory and delete that way.
It doesnt give me any more errors, just that one. I tried with ftp, but i think i only have access through sftp (what is this?). I use webinterface, and i donīt have that plugin, how do i get it?
Iīm changing emails with support, but they ask this and that and not doing anything.
SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol) is a secure file transfer protocol. Its use is similar to FTP, but I'm pretty sure pulsedmedia's seedboxes have FTP access, too.
Also here's the link for rutorrent's plugins:
Downloads - rutorrent - Yet another web front-end for rTorrent - Google Project Hosting
The problem is not solved yet, tried everything and the support there really sucks :(
As it happens a member was just in the #tihelp channel with exactly the same problem, which indicates what I wanted to post a few hours ago anyway, that their configuration is the problem. I actually typed a response a few hours ago, but apparently I didn't send it.
Have you ever been able to delete torrents?
Because you don't have the delete data plugin installed and apparently you don't have the right permission for FTP, there isn't much you can do, unless you have root access, which, at this point, I assume you don't.

At this point, and after many emails, i convinced the owner to delete the data for me, but it wonīt make happen again, making me thinking how the hell will i delete torrents after i donīt want them there anymore, as soon as i reach quota limits.
I have the login, the pass, they say it is the same for http, ftp, ssh, etc, but i try it and i donīt get access, it says invalid pass. I know my free seedbox wasnīt coming with support, but for sake, i only wanted to know how i can do it by my own...Simpathy is not a word they know.
