    Yesterday someone taken over my account on templatep2p I tried to recover through email but I think email also changed, If anyone from templatep2p Kindly help me

    The easiest and fastest way would be to go to their IRC channel:

    I agree.
    You should also clean EVERYTHING with Ccleaner (cookies, temp files etc) and switch to Firefox or at least Chrome if you haven't done so already.
