No, you aren't allowed to do that. It's even considered cheating and trackers will ban you.

If you want to cross seed you must first download one torrent and then download the .torrent file from the second tracker, add it, but select 'don't start torrent automatically' after that you hash recheck and start seeding. It is important that you use two different .torrent files, because otherwise all the upload you make will be reported to both trackers at the same time and you will be banned for cheating.

let me explain what you are doing is known as cross seeding and it is allowed by trackers
cross seeding is downloading from one tracker and seeding the file at other

What you are doing IS cross-seeding and it's ALLOWED.

Whats not cross-seeding and not allowed by trackers is having one torrent for seeding to two different trackers as Magister said.

Yeah, I realize that now :) Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I knew what cross seeding was, but the term came up and I was starting to doubt myself :). It seems there's a confusion between cross seeding and cross-seeding, being the first allowed and okay to all trackers and the second considered ratio cheating.
