I'm looking for a torrent site with lots of audio-books in decent quality (MP3 with high bit-rate or maybe even lossless, don't know if lossless audio-books exist at all though).

All these are easy to join or even open. You could also try Bitme.
All in all, it's probably the mixture of them all, which gives you what you're looking for.

Check out ebookvortex, MyAnonamouse and also what.CD.
If those fail, IPT have a decent amount of audio books.
I believe if you look somewhere in The Think Tank, you'll find a post by JustJenna with a list of ebook trackers. I just remember this from browsing a while back, but I'll take a look and see if I can find it.

To be honest there isn't a a tracker that specializes in audiobooks, because I don't know of any scene group that releases, which means that sources are rare, but you will still find some content on most ebook trackers.
Besides the already above mentioned trackers (EbookVortex, MyAnonamouse, What.cd and Demonoid) and can recommend you:
- Bibliotik: It's it specializes in ebooks and asl well also audiobooks and I think the selection is good, but it's defnitely not a tracker for beginners.
- ElbitZ.Net: Another small e-learning tracker, but has nearly 1000 audiobooks, which may seem little to you, but I don't think you will find much more
- EBooks-Shares: The trackers has a gread design, a very accurate search function and A LOT of audiobooks.
I hope this helps to satisfy your autdiobooks needs, but if you want to read these trackers are also excellent.
The only tracker I'm apart of that has Audiobooks is MyAnonamouse. They have quite alot of content and would be a great place to start with a friendly community.

well nobody have listed audiobooktorrents which specializes in audio books ,the thing is i don't have a account there so can't really comment on amount of content available but as the name suggests most probably it must have a lot more audio books than any other tracker
here are approx results
waffles - around 3000 mostly dead
bibliotik - around 3000 fairly dead torrents
what.cd- around 7000 now this trackers very very special characteristic is that torrents don't die at all ,torrents with even few snatches are alive for years
so my suggestion would be get ABT and what and not to forget our beloved demon ,i am more than positive you would find more audiobooks on demonoid as against all the above trackers combined
ABT has 11 344 torrents, it's relatively easy to get invited there and the community is very nice.

I'll try to find some invites for those trackers you guys recommended.
If anyone here is also interested in audiobooks, I've found theaudiobookbay.com. I haven't checked it out yet, so I can't say anything good or bad about it.

my sugesstion is that if u really want stuffs related to audio book, u better use filecrop or other such filehosting search engine, u get rare and good stuffs from their, it is a much better option than torrent for good audiobooks
