#2.3 - I've lost my user name, password, email or PIN code! Can you send it to me?

Use this form if you want your account details to be sent to the email address provided during registration process.

To enhance the safety of your accounts we've introduced PIN code. Without entering PIN code you will be unable to change e-mail and user password. Note! PIN is yours, you have to secure and remember it. It is unable to change, it will be NEVER recalled to you. In case of loosing e-mail account, hacking etc. there is possibility to set a new user e-mail by the staff - but only if the user knows PIN. Without this code we will be unable to help you.


#2.34 - How can i reset my PIN code and what is going to happen if am going to do that?

If you forgot your PIN code and you can't use some of function of your account that already you can change it. Many useres have asked us and we have decided for that, it is going via SMS Premium. NOTE: SMS Premium limites to PL citizens ONLY! PS: If you are afraid, that somebody uknown can will be able to steal your account by sending SMS - don't worry. The most important PIN code is this, which you have used earlier, so - the first is most important, last isnt' so much.
