It is allowed to cross seed on CHD, if you use seperate .torrent files.
I think you should do it if your ratio is in danger there or if you just want to boost it a little bit, because scene releases are uploaded there usually pretty late.

If you mean uploading their torrents to other trackers it's something totally different, because they have a specific rule about it:

For torrents of the CHDBits's Blu-ray Disc, one can only republish the Blu-ray Disc files to other trackers 72 hours (3 days) after its release on
our site. It's not allowed to change or remove the "-CHDBits" logo in the torrent's folder and title!
I hope this helps, because I have some troubles understanding your question correctly and may need mroe information.

EDIT: With cross-seeding on CHDbits I understood getting the files from other trackers and CS them on CHD and not the other way round.

One thing you should be careful of is the there are members of the CHDBits teams that are uploaders on other sites, and upload CHDBits encodes there. If you cross seed to these sites and nab their upload they can get upset. I know one person that got banned from CHDBits for this, but he was doing it a lot, to one specific uploader, and using a Gbs seedbox, so he really pissed them off, if you do it on the odd torrent I doubt it would be an issue.

Cross-seeding from other trackers to CHD is certainly allowed and a pretty smart idea, because scene release are uploaded pretty late there. If you do it right, ergo not adding a second announce url, it will be no issue.

Does your upload stop entirely or does it just slow down? The latter one would be normal if you use HDD's and the speed is somewhat above 5MB/s and you have already a lots of torrents active. HDD's are much cheaper and offer a lot of storage, compared to SSD's, but the downside are the slow read and write speeds. The solution would be to have fewer torrents active or, if possible, tweak some settings. What client are you using?

For the case that it stops entirely you should check if your upload slots are full, maximum number of peers or the maximum number of seeds has been reached. The solution would be to re-check those.

If you need help feel free to PM me, but keep in mind that asking for an invite is not considered help.

it stop entirely. I solve it by stopping the download and wait for the torrents to become active again before starting my download. Im using utorrent 2.2.1 and yes I'm using HDD. The seed slot I have it around 100k.

Also have another question how to resolve this issue.

Failure: You already are downloading the same torrent. You may only leech from one location at a time.
This mostly happens when I fully close Utorrent and restart it.

Are you download the same torrent on your seedbox, maybe you autodl it to the former one and aren't even aware of it. If you close utorrent and restart it, and this happens it usually means that it didn't send the session. I can only think that you also have a dynamic IP or the possibility with the seedbox.

Do you mean with seed slots, upload slots or active torrents that are finished downloading and seeding now? Even if it is only active torrents it's way too many, if speeds are relevant for you.

how come the uploader ( normal user on CHDbits) got the other normal user on CHDbits banned ? coz both are doing doing the same thing IMO !
the only difference is one of the guys cared to fill in the uploader application form with the other site..

He was talking about encoders from CHDBits that upload their own releases also to other trackers, because they have usually a moderate fast connection. It's because Chinese peering to the rest of the world is pretty bad.
It you upload a CHD bluray before the 72hrs period it's obviously clear that they will ban you, but I can't even imagine that what Arakasi said, unless this person did it really obsessive.

maybe because that user edited out the encoder's name/stamp etc on that torrent maybe.... otherwise it doesn't really matter for an encoder, who upped the most TBs since all users there are for sharing. And as long as the original encoder's work is appreciated, it hardly makes a difference.
