the only difference is one of the guys cared to fill in the uploader application form with the other site..

It was a staff member at CHD. He did not break the rules, he just pissed off a staff member, by hijacking their upload on another tracker.

you sure about that coz many of us might be doing that ryt now

Cross seeding on CHDbits and other trackers is fine most of the times.
When in doubt ask about it on the forum and make sure a highly informative moderator or admit answers you about it.
I mean what is the point in leeching a file when you already have that file?
Also you will provide a faster way of download for all leechers if there is only one seeder at the time and you can also be a seeder.
But then people can get mad because you take away their upload.
So what? They did not create that release themselves so are they really a uploader?
Noppe, they are just stealing credit. Anyway, who cares, as long as files get shared with good speeds everybody is happy.

But be careful with the full Bluray disks labeled CHDbits.
You need to wait 72 hours before you can cross seed.


When I go on a new tracker I usually find their biggest releases.
Like 500 GB of torrent files. But I don't download them from the tracker.
I search for them on Usenet and cyberlockers.
When I have the exact files I download the torrent, point it to the files and start seeding.
Then after seeding 50GB, I don't need to worry about low ratio the first 2 weeks.

So this would be something that someone actually went into and changed somethign right?

If you just download .torrent file from 2 different trackers then you are pretty safe, right?

This mod meant that you can't use the same .torrent file and only add another announce url to it.

If you use one torrent file for each tracker, but the same content files it's fine.

It seems cross-seeding is such a delicate matter, which I don't understand. When done right (without cheating) all it does is help everyone; seeders and leechers.
