Thanks but how do I get to ptp irc do you have a link and do I need some kind of client to use irc.
Sorry but I only used the irc a few times in my life.
maybe it's better just to get a invite and once in I can contact the staff?
    thanks

You'll need a chat client such as mirc or xchat either one is fine in order to contact PTP via irc. By no means should you seek another invite as your account is active and that would be very bad (dupe account which would ban you from there). If you have further issues with the irc contact me via PM and I'll see if I can talk to the staff for further instructions.

    No, you got that wrong.
When you recover your password you will get an e-mail with a link that lets you choose a new password, which you have to confirm. The new password can be anything up to 15 characters.
You only need your e-mail address and you can freely choose a new password and no need for the old one.

You should try it first, but going to their IRC channel is also a good idea, if you have any problems I can also offer my help via PM.

If you need help feel free to PM me, but keep in mind that asking for an invite is not considered help.

Mucho gracias! Got it. I had to take out the password above and enter the new one and confirm below. It's very odd that the field for me to put the new password in already has something in it that's what threw me off.

In the future a way to never loose your passwords again is to use the website LastPass - Password Manager, Form Filler, Password Management. They are absolutely amazing when it comes to generating and storing passwords from websites. I have been using them for years now without so much as one hack on any of my accounts. I use a different strong password for every website where i register.

The fact that they store everything on their own server might be troublesome for some people, but in case your computer gets stolen or crashes you will know that at least your passwords to all your sensitive data is safe somewhere else.
