Never use proxy for this or any other private tracker site. This is against the rules. The site is working for me http://www.3dtorrents.org/ so it's a problem on your end. Did you try to delete your history and cookies in internet explorer ?

Works fine on my end too. Try opening CMD, and then typing "ping www.3dtorrents.org" and hit enter

You will get an IP address, type that into the address bar instead.

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
    What you can try:
    Diagnose Connection Problems

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:
    • Internet connectivity has been lost.
    • The website is temporarily unavailable.
    • The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
    • The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
    • There might be a typing error in the address.
    • If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.
    For offline users

You can still view subscribed feeds and some recently viewed webpages.
    To view subscribed feeds
    1. Click the Favorites Center button , click Feeds, and then click the feed you want to view.

To view recently visited webpages (might not work on all pages)
    1. Click Tools , and then click Work Offline.
    2. Click the Favorites Center button , click History, and then click the page you want to view.

    Connection test passed.
    Test details
This connection obtained an IP address
    from a DHCP server.
    Ping Gateway 192.168.0.102: Passed
Link speed: 100Mbps. The link partner
is not capable of higher speeds.

That's weird... Have you tried the old trick of unplugging your modem/router, leaving it off for 2 minutes, then plugging it back in? Don't know why, but that always seems to work...

Try their IRC channel, that's the only thing I can think of that's left to try...

Edit: Damn, tried to look for their IRC channel, and it looks like they don't have one.
