I have 2 computers connected to my fios moderm/router. I double check both computers and they both have the same ip address.

My question is now can i use both computer to download torrent on a tracker?

I won't be seeding the same file on both computers.

I will only be seeding movie on 1 computer and seeding tv show on the other computer from the same tracker.

Yes, you can. As long as you do not download or seed the same torrent, it doesn't matter how many computers you have connected, all the data has to go through the same place.

Usually it should make no problems, but you should always check the rules pages or FAQ's of your specific tracker, because even though the rules are everywhere similar they can very.
Also if you don't plan on using the same file on both computer it minimizes the risk.
