About LinkBacksyes mate i have the authkey and torrent_pass there too.. it really makes absolutely no sense to me what is wrong.. i have contacted a person of staff over at what.cd asking about it.. i checked my code again and it looks flawless...

Mabye you could try browsing the web site using your seedbox ip? I have heard of this needing to be done before (although I didn't need to do it) you could use an ssh based web browser or you could use an ssh tunnel? I have heard of tracker sites giving you a different pass cookie per IP address. So that if you try to use it from another IP address, you'll get an error message. I don't know if this is the same in your case but its worth a try..
Mabye the best solution would be to try using an ssh tunnel and browse the site and download a torrent file all using the tunnel (all using the seedbox ip).
i am not sure if i did that correctly as it was the first time i was doing it... basically i followed instructions from here http://whatbox.ca/wiki/ssh_tunneling and downloaded a torrent from what.cd on my utorrent and on the ruTorrent ..
still same error on irssi .. :(
let's see what the what people say.. if they can be any helpful.. i will let you know what the problem was if i find it out since i guess you might be curious :)
