I'm looking for high quality image tracker which provide wallpapers, anime, PSD or vector...

this is not a tracker but has a lot of high quality images wallbase.cc

I can't think of any trackers off the top of my head for images but to be honest there is a wealth of them in standard websites.

A good website for high quality images in anime etc is:

Check it out, it is updated daily and does have some awesome images.

rutracker (use google chrome's translator - it's the best ). everything under 100Mb is free, above that size you need to sign up, which isn't a problem as they are open daily.

deviantart is good source for sketches, so bookmark it.

the rest can be found by smart-googleing...

Heh heh. It seems like the lot of us have become strictly dependent on trackers when access to public internet has a vast content of what we're looking for. I'd do exactly what IMAGINE suggested and use google considering there aren't many, if any, image-specific trackers out there.
