Thread: torrentflux-b4rt Login Login failed. Please try again.

Ok i got a seed box from .ovhseedbox.com. I paid them on 7th of this month and they gave me details on 9th (not big issue). i can access it via ftp (filezila) but i cannot log into WebUI am i doing something wrong or this seedbox is crap already mailed them about 4 times and no reply

Do you get any error message?
How does it not work? Does it reject your password?
Do you have enabled cookies and javascript?

I don't think your seedbox is 'crap' to use your own words, but you have not provided enough information.
The more e-mails you write the more annoyed they get and it will only take more time for them to reply to you.
How long ago did you send the first e-mail, because everything in 24 is still considered excellent.

When i first got my details on Wednesday, 9 November, 2011 7:37 PM 5:30 IST i tried login in but nothing happend same day around 8 PM i contacted them via Get In Touch on there website after 27 hours not reply
then 2nd mail regarding error i am getting was sent on Thursday, 10 November, 2011 0:10 am still no reply :-s

Your language is fine, I understand that, but you have to be patient with their support.
You don't have root access which means there isn't much you can do, besides asking them to reset your password.

Important:I would also check the e-mail with the login infos, because the login info from the FTP server and the ones from the torrentflux-b4rt web interface can vary. (so can also the username) It's important that you recheck that first, but I'm sorry that we/I can't help you anymore.
