You should first try their help channel, because that's one of teh main reasons why they have them. Help channels are invite only in the circumstance that the they also have an extra channel for banned/disabled users.
Another thing to keep in mind is that a lot of trackers have a strict one account in a life time policy and that means that you aren't allowed to creat a second account if your first one got disabled/banned. Depending on how stric the staff is you have a pretty good chance of getting your account reenabled, but I would not try to create another account, without contacting staff first, because that will only get you and your inviter in possible trouble.

The only way to get your account back is to go to the support/help irc channel.
