Thread: iGiver Rating Notification not working

I have received one of these today iGiver Rating Notification but when I click on the link nothing happens it just goes to a page then times out could someone help please

The iGiver is working for me, so my inclination would be to think that it was a transient error. Can you try it again and let us know if you are still having an issue?

I can see four iGivers for you.. are we talking about a fifth one? Keep in mind that the iGiver system was updated recently so that some information on the iGiver page is no longer accessible to anyone but yourself. This was done to protect your privacy, as too much visible information could endanger your tracker accounts.

If you still perceive a problem, describe it in more detail for us. Including exactly what you are clicking on, what you expect to happen and what you see. Without more information is not possible to discern anything out here.. save for someone that might be aware of an existing issue.

When click on your ''iGiver page '' nothign works just get a page with unable to connect

The reason that you are getting the unable to connect message is because that link is invalid. It appears to be truncated (part of the link got cut off). This might have happened when you copied the link into your post for me. Or perhaps the TI system had/has a temporary problem. I have looked at my iGiver links (which work) and believe that the correct link should be:

Try this link and it should work for you. It was probably just a transient, one time error. I know that the TI staff are diligent with site issues. If you run across future errors though, you should post again, either in this forum or in the official bugs thread, so that someone can look into it further. If I missed any of your concerns, let me know.

I have a problem too, but don't care much for it. I just want to know why
