    i also need help, i get



    Unauthorized IP address, how do i solve this problem?

    You can try to reset router/modem and computer. If doesn't work you should contact their staff and tell them your problem. Hope everything works out!

    that only works for dsl modem, i have fios and i only have 1 ip address. you can close the router/ modem and i still have the same io address

    That's the warning you get if your IP has been banned. They've been disabling a shit ton of accounts lately. You might want to hop into their IRC and ask if your account has been disabled.

    If you have a separate modem and router. Or if you are able to access the router configuration menus.. then another option would be to change your "MAC address". This invariably forces your ISP to allocate a new IP address to you since TCP/IP won't permit the same IP to be assigned to multiple MAC addresses. It would be rare that this wouldn't work, even for 'static' IP's.

    Or alternately you could request an IP change from your ISP.
