in your seebox are the torrents actually downloading data? I am checking into this for you but need to know that first

also are you listed as connectable?

Most common reason for stats not updating

Give it time. Your client provides the statistics to the tracker periodically, so it's not unusual if the statistics in your client do not exactly match those on the tracker. You can have your client force a manual update at any time, if you want to check that things are working correctly.
The user is cheating. (a.k.a. "Summary Ban")
The server is overloaded and unresponsive. Just try to keep the session open until the server responds again. (Flooding the server with consecutive manual updates is not recommended.)
You are using a faulty client. Be sure to use a client which is not on the list of banned clients.

    Best practices

If a torrent you are currently leeching/seeding is not listed on your profile, just wait, or force a manual update.
Make sure you exit your client properly, so that the tracker receives "event=completed".
If the tracker is down, do not stop seeding. As long as the tracker is back up before you exit the client the stats should update properly.

Also after having your passkey reset have you redownloaded the .torrent file so that it contains the new passkey?

next best thing is to try and reach someone on their irc channel for help.

in seedbox every thing works fine
i have the data being downloaded and uploaded appropriately but it does not report to the tracker
when i download from my home connection it reports to the trackers

i keep the torrent active for hours and it does not show on my profile

i tried resetting my passkey but the problem persists

i posted a thread in their forum in help section but i got no answer

Try their IRC? I suspect that this is a tracker problem and not a problem at your seedbox end, since it works with other trackers. It is strange however that your stats count when you download from home. I would definitely talk to someone from BitMe about this as the we will just really be guessing since this is not a common error and you have tried the most likely fixes.

Hope you get it worked out. In the mean time, enjoy the neutral leech xD
