Anyways, my inviter was also banned for trading some place, but my account is still good. Maybe it's because I've donated.

is it fair to banned my account after my hard work and my activity on it because mistake some one he invite a trader and not on my tree

It's not about what's fair; it's about what's easier. Banning an entire invite tree is much easier than sifting through members who may or may not be guilty. It sucks, but atleast you're able to get another invite.

I understand your anger but these trackers have these rules in place for a reason. If it makes you feel better then we can tell you it was wrong and unfair to ban you but what difference does that make. Take Magister advice and try and find a recruitment thread, much safer
These harsh rules are in place because of traders, sellers and inviters. Its them who you should be feeling angry towards, not the trackers.

If they said you can get another invite you can do that or find yourself somewhere else to use that seedbox of yours.

even you will get one .. all your work is gone.

Excuse me but I'm really frustrating

If you are power user on BTN or What.CD you can get an invite from there. They offer unlimited invites to all power users. It's safe because you will be invited to the site by SceneHD staff so there is no way to get banned because of this again. It's sux you have bad luck and have been invited by a bad user but you are lucky that you are allowed to get another account...

No its not fair to pay for others mistakes BUT If you did it once, you can do it again.

Rant about it today, start over tomorrow, do not get me wrong 4TB is a lot to lose, anyone would be frustrated and angered.
Tomorrow is a new day, start over and pleading on IRC might be a shot but once a call is made, at worst you start again on a brand new tracker mate.
