    Well since you had been approved, that information is optional... and your introduction got locked up right after that... so there's nothing much you can do about it, I think.

    no, you can't edit your intro after it get's accepted & locked & moved for archiving but you can fill in your Basic Information, which can be found at your profile page. anyways, it's all optional, like Mer86er said, so i wouldn't waste any time with that.
