You get music from ripping your own CDs to the highest quality (FLAC) and then transcode it into various MP3 formats.
Uploading the torrents from SCC to other trackers is forbidden.
What do you want to upload? Do you want to upload the newst episodes of some shows or do you want to fill request?
Someone who specializes in requests has a lot of different sources (a lot of good private trackers; access to private archives and also Usenet, for example)
On the other hand uploaders who specialize in bringing the newest stuff as soon as possible to their trackers have either secene access (it's against the scene rules to leak releases) or have access to trackers where, WEB-DL releases - for the TV example, are released or are encoders/rippers ... themselves.

Both has it's advantages. I hope my answer makes some sort of sense.

Usenet is most of the time a little bit slower than the high level private trackers and you can't find internal releases there, on the other hand it's good for request fillers, because scene releases of up to 3 years (I think) are hosted by a good provider.
    IMAGINE and ForestAngel like this.

If you need help feel free to PM me, but keep in mind that asking for an invite is not considered help.

Ok when a season of a show is still running you will see single episodes uploaded with the source either being HDTV (something like *HDTV* in the torrent name) or WEB-Dls. The latter comes from iTunes and doesn't have Channel logos and as well it's most of the time superior quality. The fastest HDTV caps (people record the TV shows, edit and upload it) come from the scene. For more info about the scene read this: About the SCENE
WEB-DLs, on the other hand are only released by internal release groups from specific trackers.
Uploaders get the releases either from the scene or from the tracker where they are released and try to upload them as fast as possible to their 'home' tracker. 90% of this happens automatically and you don't have any chance to beat them manually, unless you are on a very crappy tracker where uploaders don't use bots and 1GBits+ servers.

Uploading music can be easier, because you can just rip the CDs you have and upload them. I think that's the easiest way for you.
If you see a FLAC file it's 'home' rip therefore origines from a P2P tracker, because the scene has very strict rules.

It's not very easy and if we are talking about scene access also consumes a lot of time to find good sources.

    To sum up:
Music: Rip your own CDs to FLAC and then transcode them
TV Shows: Try to get WEB-DLs from the source (HDbits and also BTN)

I also don't know to what kind of trackers you want to upload which makes it very difficult.

If you need help feel free to PM me, but keep in mind that asking for an invite is not considered help.

Depends entirely on the Tracker .. if its a scene tracker then yes you can take SCC/GFT or other fast Scene Trackers as your source for the releases .. but i wouldn't recommend it.. If the shows are UNRAR`d on the tracker i would recommend BTN as your source for the TV Shows .. As far as Music goes Waffles/What.CD are your best source , or start ripping some music off the Music CDs which you got stacked in your home :p

Usenet is a nice idea for this job if you ask me .. as then you don't have to maintain any ratio on usenet and well i haven't used it so can't tell how the pretimes on it are ..

Pedro's only allows perfect FLAC rips so your only chances is to upload your own CDs (same applies for E****)
For BTN is your best chance to get the WEB-DLs from HDBits, for example and upload them as soon as possible. You can also try to download the episodes of a season and as soon as the last one is released you upload a season pack. It's quite a lot of work if you do it manually and most of the time you will get beaten.
For BHD applies the same, but you can get the movies also from CHD (Rules), HDC, TTG, HDR and B*S. BHD is also a very slow tracker, concerning release times.

Because it's forbidden and if they catch you, you get banned from this tracker. They are in very good contact with other tracker staff.

I was talking about Seedboxes/VPS/server. I was only talking about the time you can upload a torrent to the tracker, the connection speed is pretty irrelevant in this matter (don't get me wrong ...)

You mean how to make a seedbox proof?
