I am looking for a Dutch private tracker that has a lot of Dutch content like movies and tv shows. An international tracker is good too, as long as they have a lot of Dutch content.
Well, after a bit of googling I found these three trackers:

When you reach a 33% progress ( Torrent-Invites FAQ ) you could try opening a request for any of them and perhaps some user will have an invite for you.

Note: I have no more information about these sites, but judging from first appearance I would personally go for dutchthis. (But, I imagine, speaking dutch would allow you to make a more educated guess)

Since you are a V.I.P. member can you tell me if i can get an invite if i become a V.I.P. member too and get access to that section of the forum specially reserved for V.I.P.'s? I heard they have all sorts of invites there.

Unfortunately, I havent seen any of those trackers in the VIP section. I think your best option is to make 33% so that you can open a request, and then hope that someone will fill it. There's plenty of people here, and most likely there will be someone who'll be able to invite you. Good luck
