Basically all movies come from scene at first coz these are the people who are very strict about the speed of delivery of the content and quality
so 99.99 percent of the internet content comes from these people
with private torrenting increasing day by day, new encoders who encode movies just for one specific tracker have started contributing to this
but still The Scene remains the biggest contributor



about who delivers fast i dont know how this scene works,from what i have access to i deduce this
SCC/GFT -> other private trackers -> Public Trackers -> warez forums

the time between it hits the forums and file uploading sites is less than an hour from the time it hits scc
