yesterday i was loged in to my account everything was ok and after some hours it kicked me out with no reason i tried to day i made a temporary ip and loged in and i made my ip permament from inside but after some hours again it kicked me out!!! so weird

Are you sure talking about HDChina, because this sounds a lot like B*S?
You don't need to register your IP with HDChina, but a lot of trackers automatically log you out after some time, which is another security layer.
BTN, for example, logs you out after only a few minutes, but that's perfectly normal.
I don't really understand your problem. Can you log in back?

I think you have it set to a temporary IP. If you make it a permenant IP then it shouldn't log you out. It's those three options you get when you go to:
