I got a seedbox and when a torrent is downloaded via irssi, I need to download at max speed as soon as I connected to seeders. My tracker is SCC so all seeders are fast but my machine starts from 40kb/s going up.

Can you please clarify your problem?
Do you have troubles setting up autodl-irssi?
It's really hard to help you, because I don't really know what kind of problem you have, but you should also paste your rtorrent settings here. This way we can show you which settings can be improved.
You also should know that SCC is the hardest tracker when it comes to getting high uploadspeeds, because the uploaders use high quality servers and the overall swarm is very strong. Maybe your seedbox/VPS/server is just not capable of
competing with that.

Already made the introduction. :) My seedbox can compete with those of in SCC I think. 1GBIT bandwidth, Dual Core Proc, 2GB RAM. Maybe it's the settings? WHen a torrent is downloaded using autodl, when it starts, If it can be done, i want it to be at max speed not starting from slow going fast. Is it possible?
How many people are on this server and how many per harddrive? That's important for determining the speeds that can be achieved.
A torrent will always start slow and then the speeds will increases. That's the reason why the highest speeds can be achieved on torrents with a size between 5 and 200GB.
What's your max speed your have seen on a torrent in SCC?

I have seen I think 40mb/s on an SCC pack. 3 Users per HDD, 12 users per server.
only run one hot torrent at a time ,grab scc pack as soon as its uploaded
with 1 gbit box it should hit 80mb/s with ease
No offense, but that's not true.
I want to see a non RAIDED, shared 1Gbits seedbox which can sustain speeds like that.
The HDD he is on is shared between three people so unless the other have no active torrent AND
the other 11 people on the server have a very low activity it's not going to happen. That's not possible.
For this kind of seedbox expect speeds in the range of 30MB/s
1Gbits box /=/ 1Gbits box
These kind of comments are the reason why 3/4 of the seedbox reviews here are complaining about bad speeds.

You sometime can hit 80MB/s but that's only because you have free RAM to delay HDD write, but really soon you will have your RAM full and your speed will be the max available speeds of your HDD at that time. This will be something like burst in speeds because that speeds will drop hard.
Look at the screens how can I download & upload with +70MB/s same time-this was on 3 users per HDD and 9 per server, yes I can but there a lot of factors that helped me in this case.
That was only high burst for short time in speeds because if SATA 7200rpm HDD can read ~100MB, it's impossible to read and write 70MB/s same time, isn't it.
- autodl-irssi - this is must
- many fast peers from same DC or near my DC
- HDD was idle at that time - it doesn't matter how much users is per HDD but how much HDD is utilized !
- network was under low load at that time
