I need some help with my disabled rank on Hd-torrents.
I got disabled because Quarter rules. I wish to join again and use my account.

My problem is: I tried to register again with different username, but I got a notice something like this:
(000.000.000.000)
This IP is already in use.

Well, this may be because you have a static IP address, mine's dynamic so I can't really tell you much about it but maybe it's because they already have records of you logging in from your IP and so, they won't allow you to make another account... An easy solution would be to change your IP, talk to your ISP to get it changed.

That's because you're making a dupe account. There are 'probably' ways around this but I'm not gonna open that for discussion.

Yes, I know this rule. I feel I'm banned from the site, but I did nothing wrong.They should delete my Ip address from the database if i get disabled, to give a chance to reg again.

That was probably why they opened sign-ups recently. But if you were one of the unfortunate then you would have been re-enabled already I would think. Have you actually went onto their IRC yet?

How-to:
Set Nick: /nick your_HDT_nick
Register: /msg NickServ REGISTER Password Email

Yes, you are right. I did not download enough, and yes I broke this rule. I don't want to debate this rule. As someone wrote it: Next time I gonna get banned because I don't vote?
