You misunderstand me totally!
Banned and disabled is 2 different things for me!
In the past 3 months I have more important things to do, than read the new rules. On 2th Oct I checked my account and I saw my account get disabled.
I realized I lost one of my favorite torrent-site. I tried to contact with the staff in email (hdtorrentorg@gmail.com) to ask, how can I get back to the site. Twice I sent email. I got no answer.I went to the irc for the same reason, no answer. I tried to make a new account, I got the IP problem. Than I find this site. I came here to ask for help, not for invitation.I was lucky because P2P_user and Rock3r helped me!

I'm not breaking the rules! I got 3 kids I teach them to be righteous, live with the rules.

I didn't ask for invitation, not from you and not from someone else!

To clarify, we allow replacement invites here if you warn your inviter about your previous account. That warning is required because each tracker treats disabled accounts differently. Some will reactivate accounts if you talk to them via email or irc. Others allow disabled (not banned) members to rejoin with a new invite. Of course those trackers typically delete the old accounts to eliminate duplicate ip or email problems. It's possible that HDT wants disabled members to request reactivation via irc / email but have been overwhelmed with requests because of the new rule. It's also possible they forgot to delete those accounts or wish to permanently block those members from rejoining, although that seems harsh for a minor offense like being disabled for inactivity.

Can anyone clarify if HDT has officially commented on disabled (not banned) members rejoining with a new invite?

P.S. Most trackers say "1 account per person", but they typically make exceptions for disabled accounts.

And this happened just a few days ago. So if an administrator denies reactivation so plainly then I think it's their official stance on this kind of thing. Pardon me if I'm wrong.

There's a difference between reactivation and creating a new account. Most trackers will not reactivate, but allow disabled (not banned) members to start over with a new account.

No, they do NOT allow you to re-register with a new invite OR during open-signup when you've been disabled by the quarter rule.
