I have 5 iGivers and 25 posts. Why doesn't my account progress to 33%?
What am I missing?

iGivers aren't the important factor for promotion, you need at least 5 repution points.

You are not allowed to ask from them, but they are given for extraordinary good/helpful posts and some may also give them for one of your giveaways so you should not stop them.
