Uhm, I'm no pro but.. if its a SNES ROM then surely it will be able to play on a SNES device..

I dont know but from my experience it would be easier to just run it in an emulator on the PC and use a USB SNES controller to get the same effect. You would def need some specialist equipment to put the ROM onto a cartridge!
I'm sorta confused. Are you asking if you can play a SNES rom on an actual SNES system? I don't see how that would work really.

Considering how expensive Ensizon's suggestion is, I think a usb snes controller is your best option. They're less than $10 bucks on amazon. But who knows, maybe you're willing to drop nearly two hundred bucks on a "NEO SNES/SFC MYTH FLASH CART".
Or You could just play the roms on your computer like millions of other people do.
