Thread: how to balance upload/download speeds on private trackers?

Not at all, in fact for the most part it's encouraged and never frowned upon. It's really rare but there are a few trackers that disallow it so just double check your tracker rules/faq to be sure. Another thing, some seedbox providers actually disallow torrents from public trackers eating up their bandwidth.

oh ok cool. I am pretty new to all this.just since I joined this site a couple weeks ago. Before demoniod was my "private tracker" & had no idea what a seedbox was. This is the greatest website since whatever was the 1st porn site lol

Since whatbox can only use deluge & rtorrent I am also going to use coppers suggestion and switch to rtorrent and try to figure out the min max peer thing
