Being on TL for at least the last 3-4 years some things never change. Old torrents do not seed very well. This is also true for any tracker really, make sure you get on early in the beginning of a torrent being uploaded to improve your chances of a good ratio. In terms of you 48H wait restriction, definitely cross seed. TL uses a lot of scene torrents which are the easiest to cross seed as the CRC/Pack/File sizes will be the same on every tracker offering said scene release. A huge benefit for cross seeding.
